Abstract

This article examines the issues of professional development of senior staff of educational institutions in pre-school education. The author shows the importance of the role of managerial activity of managers and the need for their professional growth, improvement of knowledge, skills and personal qualities in accordance with the requirements of modernity. The article points to the insufficiency of traditional methods of professional development of senior personnel in the field of preschool education and the advantages of developing new innovative methods and forms of organization of this system.
