Abstract

This article sheds light on analyzes the problems of improving the remote provision of banking services in the process of digital transformation of banks, the problematic cases of remote provision of banking services during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study will be important in studying the factors influencing the development of remote banking systems and overcoming problematic situations.
