Abstract

This article focuses on the improvement of family and civil procedural legislation, taking into account the insufficient improvement of the mechanism of legal regulation of disputes related to child rearing in the national legislation, taking into account the existence of gaps and shortcomings in the practice of law creation and law enforcement in this field.
