SOME ISSUES OF IMPROVING THE PROCEDURE FOR CONSIDERATION OF CASES IN CORPORATE DISPUTES

Abstract

The article highlights the main theoretical and practical problems of considering corporate disputes in court, and also substantiates the need to make changes to procedural legislation. With an emphasis on some corporate disputes that are often encountered in judicial practice, a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign practice of their resolution is carried out, and practical proposals for improving the procedure for resolving these corporate disputes are presented
