THE NEED TO INTRODUCE A SYSTEM OF REPORTING ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PRACTICES IN STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article reveals the essence of the report on corporate governance practices, examines the format of compilation, presents the process of improving this type of report, analyzes the quality of the report on corporate governance practices in foreign countries, justifies the need for the formation and provision of a report on corporate governance practices in state-owned enterprises of Uzbekistan, suggests the structure and content of this report, proposals for improving the legal framework for regulating this issue, as well as generalizing conclusions are given.
