DYNAMICS OF HIV INFECTION DETECTION AMONG PREGNANT WOMEN IN THE REPUBLIC OF KARAKALPAKSTAN

Abstract

The aim of our study was to analyse the prevalence of HIV infection among pregnant women the Republic of Karakalpakstan. A significant increase in the incidence rate among pregnant women has been identified. Mostly pregnant women contracted sexually, where husbands were in migration.
