Abstract

The article analyzes the inheritance and variability of fiber output and fiber length traits in hybrid cotton families obtained by the method of complex hybridization. It has been scientifically proven that hybridization with the presence of forms with a complex genetic basis is effective in obtaining positive transgressive forms along the length of the fiber in hybrids with intermediate, dominant and completely dominant inheritance.
